Former owner and founder of Encore Awards and Marking Corporation, one of the countries leading award manufacturers known for producing awards for the Golden Globe Awards, Country Music Awards, Student Academy Awards and many other corporate clients. Tom developed Encore over 25 years, through marketing and acquisitions of over 5 smaller companies and has developed detailed knowledge buying and selling businesses.

Additionally, for over 12 years, Tom has taught leadership, entrepreneurship and business classes for Pasadena City College, Glendale Community College and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Concurrently, Tom has served in leadership roles in various community organizations including Board member and founder of the Pasadena City College Flea Market, President of the Board for the Pasadena Educational Foundation, Board Chair for Leadership Pasadena, Inc. and most recently served as President of the Board for the Pasadena Unified School District for 2 years 2008-2010.

Currently Kristen is owner and lead designer of K.Co Interiors, L.L.C. She has been an Interior Designer for over 10 years with a specialization in custom furniture for residential and commercial design.

Kristen graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, California with degrees in Interior Design and Business Management and is currently working towards her Masters in Project Management through the online program at Louisiana State University, Shreveport.
